• Preparing structural plans & details, along with drafting details provided by builders & engineers.

• Engaging additional consultants where required, such as geotechnical surveyors, boundary surveyors, bushfire hazard assessments & town planners.

• Liaising with engineer to resolve structural details & project sign-off.

• Liaising with certifier through to building approval.
